Frequently Asked Questions
Is Massage Therapy covered under extended healthcare benefits?
Usually yes, be sure to check with your benefits provider prior to booking, I now offer direct billing to most insurance companies OR clients can submit their own claim to their provider. I will provide you with a registered receipt at the end of treatment.
Am I supposed to tip?
While I really do appreciate the gesture, tips are not necessary, nor will you be prompted to tip on check-out.
What is your pressure like?
You will find my natural pressure to be more on the firm side. However, I am quickly able to adjust my pressure to suit your preference.
Do I need to talk during the treatment?
I get it. Sometimes you feel like being chatty, sometimes you don't. I have provided a handy little sign for you. Before getting onto the table I ask that you flip the sign from either "I want to chat today" or "Silence is preferred today". Easy peasy.
Where is your parking?
As soon as your booking is confirmed I will give parking instructions. Rest assured, parking is private, and easily accessible.

How do I pay?
After your treatment is finished you can pay by cash/debit or credit. A receipt will be provided.

What is your cancellation policy?
Missed appointments/appointments without a minimum of 24hrs notice are subject to the full treatment fee being charged.
